Every member is given health and fitness assessments and has their own personalised gym program.

Our Cardio Theatre features new treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and a rower.

Our group classes are lead by professional instructors and include all the ones that work! Body Pump, Circuit Classes, Spin, Pilates, Tummy Hips and Thighs, Zumba and more;

Our qualified professionals can set rehab programs in consultation with your GP / medical practitioners.
